Compact, fast, energy-efficient: The new DZ08 FX

The DZ08 FX represents the shortest turnaround times and excellent surface quality. The unbeatable advantage over other machines: two spindles in a compact machining center; small footprint; double productivity and over 40 percent in energy savings. The DZ08 FX offers fast processing times with a tool change time of 0.9 s. The economical machining of complex work-pieces in one set-up is possible with a 2-axis swivel rotary table with highly dynamic CHIRON-torque drive and five simultaneously controlled axes. For automated processing and increased efficiency, the DZ08 FX with the fully integrated robot cell Flexcell Uno and Flexcell Duo are available.
